BELPHEGOR finished another part of the infamous "BLOOD MAGICK NECROMANCE" world tour.
Devastating several magnificent European countries in flames and ash, they continued relentlessly since the album's release at the beginning of the year.

BELPHEGOR just returned from a massive American raid with DEICIDE, in support of their latest album
"BLOOD MAGICK NECROMANCE", released through Nuclear Blast Records, worldwide.
Helmuth says: "DEICIDE rules. Enough said. The feedback, the sick response from the loud crowd was beyond amazing, one of our most intense raids through the states,...thank you"!

Chapter II: BELPHEGOR will be direct support for SEPULTURA, on their upcoming North America tour with
NEURAXIS, HATE, KEEP OF KALESSIN and BONDED BY BLOOD, which kicks off Monday in Toronto, Canada at the Opera House. In between the tour BELPHEGOR shreds three headliner shows. The band flies over on Sunday.

“17 years of musick and chaos, and BELPHEGOR is still here to celebrate death/ black metal art. The title track is a seven minute opus, we worked eight months on this complex hymn. And arranged acribical everything in detail.
You will find everything here: spoken words, orchestrations, chants, choirs, grunts, acoustic guitars, doom parts which turn to ultra blastbeats.
The most difficult, varied track we’ve ever created. "BLOOD MAGICK NECROMANCE" is a very dangerous and magnificent song on the new BELPHEGOR album. It’s exactly how we wanted to sound in 2011.”

Kings of supreme death/black metal, BELPHEGOR, have uploaded the video clip for
“IMPALED UPON THE TONGUE OF SATHAN“ music video to the following location www.bloody-disgusting.com.

The clip was shot and edited this past October by director Alexander König in Abtenau, Austria. Keeping with the concept of the forthcoming "BLOOD MAGICK NECROMANCE", album the crew went through over 60 liters of fresh blood within two nights of shooting. Smashing all oppressive morals with anti-Christian sentiment, the band presents a raw look at depraved blood rites which celebrate the liberation of man through death.

As Serpenth previously stated: “The clip aims to strip down the viewer's psyche with an onslaught of sadistic sex, musick and magick. The ritual action caught on tape was also inspired in part by the world famous works of Viennese Actionists such as Hermann Nitsch and Gunter Brus. Rachael Kozak took over the role of the possessed Sukkubus.
As Pro-Domina she was perfect and totally into the role."

The album will be released on January 14th, 2011 in Europe and on February 8th, 2011 in North America!

Yesterday BELPHEGOR ended the last rehearsing for the upcoming studio album.
Serpenth comments: "Its BELPHEGOR to the bone, nine monumental - epic arrangements. The sound collages have a haunting - ritualistic atmosphere. Werk IX will be the longest playing BELPHEGOR album yet."

"Sunday we returned form the awesome Metal Gate Open Air we shredded in Czech, and went direct back in the rehearsal bunker. Fukking wicked!!! The last rehearsals turned out fantastic. We practiced day and night to get every level to the highest peak"....stated Helmuth.

On Friday bass player Serpenth and session drummer Marthyn fly over to Sweden and hit the Abyss studios to start the drum recordings on Sunday. Peter Tägtgren ( Abyss Studios Sweden/ Ludvika ) will be at the helm as producer, the five recording sessions and mixing/ mastering process should be complete by beginning of October.
The yet untitled album's release date will be sometime in early 2011.
