On their seventh studio album, the band have gotten their blackened Death Metal sound down and drive every track home with unrestrained hostility and some pretty fucking massive riffs. There is a coldness and hardness to the music that suits the sheer violence of their attack. The title-track kicking things off with all the subtlety of a landmine enema and for the most part they remain at the same supercharged level, although they do weave some winningly nasty melodies through the tumult.
